I have a couple of healthy watermelon popsicle recipes to share today. Both of these recipes are simple and refreshing. If you don’t have a popsicle mold, I recommend you buy one on Amazon or stop by your local Super Target/Walmart.

Watermelon Popsicles (with Orange Juice)
Courtesy of Healthy Kids Snacks- 1 Cup cubed watermelon (seeds removed)
- 1 Cup orange juice
- 1 Cup water
- Popsicle molds OR 3 ounce cups and craft sticks
Put melon in a blender or food processor and blend well. Strain watermelon juice through a mesh strainer into a bowel. Add orange juice and water to the bowl. Stir well.
Pour into Popsicle molds (or 3 ounce cups with craft sticks). Freeze well and serve.
(makes approximately 6-8 Popsicles)
Watermelon-Strawberry Popsicles

3 Cups cubed watermelon (seeds removed)

1 – 1 1/2 cups on strawberries (washed and de-stemmed)
-
2 Tablespoons Sugar (optional)
-
1-2 Tablespoons lime juice (or to taste)

Popsicle molds OR 3 ounce cups and craft sticks
Put melon in a blender or food processor and blend well. Strain watermelon juice through a mesh strainer into a bowel.
Now place strawberries in blender. Blend well. Pour strawberry mixture into bowl with watermelon. Now add, sugar and lime juice. Stir well.
Pour into popsicle molds (or 3 ounce cups with craft sticks). Freeze well and serve.
(makes approximately 6-8 popsicles)
