Taking “Timeout” for a more Relaxed You

 

It’s no lie.  My high expectations for myself make my life more stressful than it needs to be.  As a result, there are several things I do throughout the day to maintain my stress levels {Debs always told me that I would probably get cancer one day, because I internalize everything and keep it to myself. Here’s what I’m doing to prevent this from happening}.

 

First, I indulge in my favorite lavendar scents. Like Bath & Body Works Lavendar Vanilla Aromatherapy Line.

 

 

Second, I rub Quiescent Oil (by Truessence) on my wrists, behind my neck, on my forehead~~~

 

 

When I’m really having a high stress day, I partake in ~~~~

 

 

Oh, life’s sweet pleasures!

    Anne @ The City Sage - Mmm…great indulgences! It’s SO important to have these little pleasures, isn’t it? Mine include: doing an at-home facial with my favourite deep cleansing mask, getting my nails done at the nail parlour and splurging $8 on the extra long foot massage, and when the going is really rough? Watching back episodes of the biggest loser while eating an oversized bowl of ben and jerrys!
