Healthy You- Hair Smoothie

Summer is a New York minute away, and that means the sun will do some damage to your hair– If your bleach already hasn’t. So start the summer off with healthy hair and pack it with some moisture with the Banana Hair Smoothie. Who doesn’t like a smoothie on a hot summers day? 

From your kitchen, you’ll need: 1 mashed banana, 1 full egg, 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of milk and 5 tablespoons of olive oil.

Directions: Mash together and apply to hair. Leave on 15-30 minutes then wash with a gentle shampoo.

 

Sounds fun doesn’t it? I lived for this kind of stuff growing up.
