keighley - Sometimes I get the urge to dress European eclectic. I don’t think there is actually a style called European eclectic but I want to wear crazy colors, wooden shoes, long linen skirts, lace-up vests, and fur hats. Think gypsy, meets Carrie Bradshaw, meets Paris grunge.
Do you remember being on the subway in Paris many years ago and there was a Parisian girl dressed in an entire camo-green outfit? She had Cheryl Lloyd parachute pants & jacket on, black lace-up stilettos, and gold jewelry? I remember thinking, ‘who wears that and dresses up that nice’. Now I just think, ‘she was so ahead of the fashion times and freaking HOT!’
kiersten - girl, you nailed it! Why can’t we dress like that in Arizona? Instead we opt for shade shirts, faded cardigans, and clearance flats from Target. Oy FREAKIN vey.
Let’s change our ways?
