Do It Yourself Dots

This just happened. I was taking a break from working at the computer and decided to organize some recent purchases. As I sorted through these great packs of tulle circles which I bought (on clearance) for future gift bags or crafts, I quickly became distracted by sparks of static. For the rest of the afternoon I was cheered by my DIY Polka Dot Wall!
