Where I live in Arizona the orange blossoms are in full bloom-and it smells wonderful. Since I have an entire backyard filled with every type of citrus tree imaginable it doesn’t take much for me to bring the outdoors in. All I have to do is open up the back door. But there are other ideas {other than opening all your windows and doors} that will bring a little nature inside to freshen your house up for spring and beyond.
Place real or faux botanicals on your tables. Nothing says spring more than blossoms, buds and flowers.
Hang some “nature” artwork on the walls in your house. Believe it or not, botanical art doesn’t mean you’ve decided to imitate your grandmother’s style in home decor.
Pick some pretty flower pillows and add them to your bed or sofa. Such a quick and easy way to freshen up the room for spring.
And if you want to have the smells of spring in your house then I would go with a Jo Malone Orange Blossom candle. It smells exactly like my back yard!
