The other night while in bed I started thinking about gift wrapping. Earlier in the day my pinterest feed was filled with pictures of wrapped gifts in all shapes, sizes, textures and colors. As my mind began racing, I recalled a package of “gems” I had stashed away in my office closet. I decided then and there that when I woke up I’d try to make my $.75 bag of treasure into something great!
Well, I’m not sure I would say the end result is great, but it definitely turned out cute. I came to realize that you should never underestimate the small ziplock baggie of crafting gems in your office closet! They could make your dull gift wrapping sparkle!
P.S. If you do this, glue the gems onto the ribbon prior to wrapping around the present! Also, I used a hot glue gun.

Don’t even worry about it. However, you (and your killer hair) were definitely missed.

You are too kind. I wish I was half as creative as my sisters and Debs, but I’m not. Fortunately, I have good examples to try to live up too. Someday I’ll get to where I need to be.
