One of my favorite places to get gift topper materials is the Dollar Store. Are you surprised? A couple of weeks ago, I ran into Dollar Tree and grabbed packs of glittery ornaments to add to my wrapping supplies. As I sat there playing with glitter ornaments, bells, twine and paper, I realized my arrangement started to look like reindeer pulling a sleigh. So, here is my “Sleigh Bells Ring” gift topper concept.
