Last week I wrote a post about the hottest new color trend of 2011: Tangerine Tango. After researching this color I’ve fallen madly in love. So much so, that I’m going to use some of it when I re-do my kitchen and family room area this year. {More to come on that once I convince my hubby that it’s worth the expense!} This is the perfect color to add a pop of interest into the look of your decor. Are you a little apprehensive to go with such a bold color? Then start out by adding just one or two orange accessories to test the waters.
Or you can be just a little bit bolder and pair it up with some of the other colors that are hot right now: Turquoise blue, grays and neutrals. I can’t decide which is my number one choice.
Tangerine Tango combined with turquoise is a favorite of mine. As is this color of orange with gray.
Or if you aren’t afraid of this color I would go with a neutral palette in your room and let the Tangerine Tango speak for itself.
