When we were planning Cami’s baby shower someone suggested that the invitations have a Chevron strip on it. Not a good idea. This simple suggestion started a  Chev “discussion” amongst the Fancy House Girls where differences of opinions came out-rather strongly. Some really liked the geometric stripe and were open to using it, while others felt that it had been around way to long and used too often. While it’s true that this geometrically influenced stripe, which was first introduced in 2008, has been a strong decor trend for awhile, you can’t deny that it’s still going strong. And it’s a pattern that you can boldly decorate your entire room around or simply use in your decorative accents.

So which Chevron print style are you? Bold or Simple?

Definitely simple for me! I like a grey or khaki colored chevron, or even a light yellow. Anything more is a bit bold for me!
