Where has the time gone? As of Saturday, Josephine is 6 months old.
Now that I am watching a little one grow before my eyes, I feel like time has sped up. For example, I keep thinking things like “summer is practically over” and “we’re halfway to Christmas”. I guess this is a good attitude to have since it’s miserably hot outside.

As a handful of people have touted to me – Taking care of a little one isn’t easy, but it’s definitely worth it. I wish there was some sort of science behind taking care of a baby. Unfortunately, I feel like most of it is trial and error (maybe I won’t feel this way with my next one).
Josephine’s 6 Month Stats: 17 pounds 6 ounces, 27 Inches
I know most people don’t want to see a huge collage of Josephine photos, but I thought some of my family members may appreciate it.

Marianne Overton - You’re wrong! I love seeing pics of that pretty baby. I love the rolls. I skipped Emery’s six month check up and am skipping her 9 month–instead I combined them and took her in at 8 months. She just hit 14 lbs! And the girl can eat. I’m not sure where she’s putting it!
