When we were at R.D. Alchemy on Tuesday, I had mentioned that I was feeling a little under the weather (i.e. cramps). Instantly, the owner (Regina Di Silvestro) started rattling off all of the different remedies I could try. As soon as she mentioned “herbal tea”, I was sold. I love myself some herbal tea.
Regina walked me over to the dried herb section and started talking to me about all of the herbal mixtures I could try out: cramp bark, chamomile, lemon balm, stress tea blend, kava root, et cetera. After speaking with her, we settled on a customized tea blend that worked very well for me.
Thanks Regina! You saved me!

Yesterday, we took a trip down to R.D. Alchemy in downtown San Diego. Debs had heard about R.D. Alchemy through a friend of hers. All I can say is, “Debs’ friend knows what she was talking about. R.D. Alchemy = AMAZING!”
Here are some of the things I loved about the store:
- It has a spa vibe going on inside (very different from most natural medicine stores)
- You can make your own tea blends (mix and match the herbs/tea blend that are in the store, they’ll walk you through it too!)
- The owner went to school in Arizona (go ASU!)
- Products, products, products!
Keighley and Kiersten will walk you through how to use some of their products in the following videos!
The only down side? R.D. Alchemy doesn’t have a store in Arizona {Sigh}. Luckily we can purchase their products online.
